Firm History

Originally started by Attorney Murray Trachten (retired, 2019) in 1964, Trachten Law Firm LLC is a second generation family firm. Atty. Benjamin Trachten now continues a tradition of providing advice and guidance to diverse communities of clients.

Aside from Ben, a staff of patient, reliable, trained, and kind paralegals and support staff will assist in handling most matters. They deserve most of the credit for the success of the firm! They are the first point of contact for most matters and answer dozens of practical questions daily without giving “legal” advice. Their expertise makes them indispensable.
